    Samantha Jimenez, the founder of Soulace Massage Studio, is a dedicated registered massage therapist with a passion for helping others achieve balance—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Believing in the power of holistic healing, she created Soulace as a peaceful, welcoming space where individuals can experience the restorative benefits of therapeutic massage. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University, where she also minored in psychology. She further honed her skills by earning her diploma in massage therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in November 2023.

    With her diverse training and experience, Samantha believes that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work when it comes to treating the body. The variables that influence each person’s health mean that what works for one may not be effective for another. During her time at Sutherland-Chan, she worked with a wide range of clients—including stroke survivors, pre- and postnatal patients, athletes, seniors, and individuals with arthritis. Samantha also brings invaluable experience from her time at Toronto Rehab, where she worked in the Traumatic Brain Injury unit. This experience deepened her commitment to healthcare and reaffirmed her passion for providing personalized, one-on-one care. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing her clients’ progress and being a part of their healing journey.

    Samantha has always loved being active, playing sports like volleyball, basketball, and swimming from a young age. These experiences sparked her curiosity about movement, recovery, and how to keep the body feeling its best. Over time, her idea of health has evolved—she has learned to appreciate what the body can do and, through her work as a massage therapist, has developed a deeper respect for its resilience. She believes that “motion is lotion,” and that caring for your body doesn’t have to mean intense workouts—simple, mindful movement can make a big difference.

    With a background in kinesiology, psychology, and massage therapy, Samantha takes a holistic approach to treatment, helping clients feel more connected, confident, and at ease in their bodies. She is also committed to changing the perception of massage therapy—not as a luxury, but as an essential part of self-care and overall health. Through her practice, she encourages clients to take an active role in their wellness and reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal.
