All massages are performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and you can submit claims to your insurance or take advantage of our direct billing service. Please note that while we provide this service for free, sometimes claims may not go through or are only partially covered. If that occurs, the client will be responsible for paying upfront, and we will provide you with a receipt for claim submission.
Our services incorporate a variety of techniques, including relaxation, deep tissue, pre & postnatal, and sports massage. The price is based solely on the duration of the session, not the technique.

Hot Stones

Hot stones are used as tools throughout your massage, allowing for deeper muscle relaxation and improved blood flow. These soothing stones are not just placed on the body, but incorporated into the massage to target tension and enhance your overall experience.
For a 120-minute session, the total cost will be $300. This is due to the extended time, additional effort, and the increased number of stones used to provide a more thorough and rejuvenating experience.

Cupping therapy uses suction cups to create a vacuum on the skin, helping to increase circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote healing in the deeper layers of tissue.

Sports Massage

It can be used pre-event to prepare muscles, post-event to reduce muscle soreness, or during training to target muscle imbalances.
This type of massage often incorporates deep tissue techniques, stretching, and joint mobilization to support optimal athletic performance and recovery.

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
Prenatal massage is specifically designed to relieve discomfort and promote relaxation during pregnancy. It helps alleviate common issues such as back pain, swollen feet, leg cramps, and stress at any stage in the pregnancy. The patient is provided with ample bolsters to ensure maximum comfort and safety for both the mother and child.
Postnatal massage supports relaxation, promotes circulation, and helps mothers recover physically and emotionally after childbirth. For those who have had a C-section, it’s advised to wait at least six weeks before receiving massage, or to obtain clearance from their healthcare provider to ensure the body has had sufficient time to heal.
